Orders shipped only to continental U.S.
UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
No returned merchandise will be accepted without our authorization. Returned merchandise may be subject to 15% restocking fee depending on situation.
Send an email to returns@willcosupply.com Including your invoice #, and the reason for the return/exchange.
Refunds will be issued less postage.
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Claims not made during this time are subject to refusal.
Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods and WillCoSupply must be notified before return. We will not accept merchandise for return that has been damaged, stained, or soiled in any way.
Exchanges on sizes, colors must also be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
All claims for merchandise lost and/or damaged in transit must be made to the delivering carrier. Damaged and/or unsealed cartons must be noted upon receipt from carrier.
We will provide the necessary assistance in furnishing documentation for freight claims. We are not responsible for any items lost, or damaged during transit.
Items out of stock will not be backordered. Please call for availability.
Orders with multiple items must ship to the same address to qualify for FREE shipping.
5% Sales Tax will be added to all North Dakota residents
1.5% Sales Tax will be added to all Wahpeton, North Dakota residents.
